About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Takeoff Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in project estimation and planning by analyzing construction plans and ensuring precise material and labor calculations. This position is integral to ensuring the success of our construction projects and optimizing planning efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze architectural drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Determine accurate quantities of materials required for construction projects.
- Utilize advanced takeoff software, such as PlanSwift/Procore, to calculate material and labor needs.
- Interpret complex construction documents and engineering drawings.
- Prepare and submit accurate project estimates and bids.
- Collaborate with project teams to review takeoff data for accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- ๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐น๐ผ๐ฟ’๐ ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฒ in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- ๐ฎ+ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ in construction, estimating, or project management.
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software.
- Knowledge of 3D rendering and construction modeling.

- Worked with clients in the United States and are ๐ณ๐ฎ๐บ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐บ๐ฒ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฑ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น๐.
- ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ฎ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ผ๐ณ๐ณ ๐๐ผ๐ณ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ (PlanSwift experience is a plus).
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials and processes.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in ๐ฉ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ or other metal framing shop drawing and detailing software.
