About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Lead Sourcer to play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging high potential prospects. This role requires a blend of research, outreach, and market intelligence to build a strong and sustainable pipeline that directly contributes to revenue generation. 


Key Responsibilities

  •  Proactively identify potential clients. 
  •  Develop and execute innovative lead generation and outreach strategies 
  •  Build, manage, and continuously optimize a high-quality sales pipeline 
  •  Conduct in-depth market research to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers 
  •  Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business objectives 
  •  Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activity in CRM tools 
  •  Track performance metrics and continuously refine outreach strategies for better conversion rates 
  •  Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry insights 
  •  Identify opportunities to improve lead generation processes and overall efficiency 

Requirements

  •  2+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage and convert prospects
  • Proven experience in outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.)
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify high-value prospects and market opportunities
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Experience in B2B lead generation 
  • Hands-on experience with multinational clients 
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and outreach platforms 
  • Understanding of sales funnels and conversion strategies
