Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive at Devfinity, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, optimize campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce compelling visual and written content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development basics is a plus.
